When the site team reviews requests.
Routine requests are reviewed in a predictable window so visitors know when to expect a response. If a message arrives outside that window, it stays in the queue for the next review period.
Standard review window
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 18:00 UTC
- Saturday: limited review only
- Sunday: queued for the next business window
What happens during that time
- New requests are sorted by page, package, and topic.
- Simple questions can be routed to the public contact path.
- Longer project notes are matched to the right page or service.
Helpful guidance
If you need a response outside the standard window, leave the request on Bize Yazın and include the page or package name so the note is easy to triage later.
The Contact page is the fastest fallback path for anything time-sensitive.
